As a Project Manager in Nigeria for our global health-focused SaaS company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by overseeing and managing all aspects of our operations and activities in the region. This position involves direct reporting to the Director of Customer Experience and offers an incredible opportunity to lead project implementations, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Ensure project activities are conducted in accordance with the budget, scope, and schedule as outlined in the project contract.

  • Develop detailed project plans aligned with our innovative connectivity platforms, ensuring smooth implementation across a distributed network of laboratories and health clinics.

  • Provide logistical support for project activities including the design and execution of tender processes for field support services within Nigeria.

  • Oversee the work of the local contractors (Field Support Staff and Interoperability Specialist) to ensure we meet or exceed our Service Level Agreement requirements.

  • Conducting risk assessments for projects.

  • Attending work at SystemOne and/or Customer offices in Garki district of Abuja during the official office hours. 

  • The successful candidate is expected to have a functional laptop and cell phone that are connected to the internet with a bandwidth that supports video telephony.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Organize meetings and communications surrounding project goals and progress to stakeholders.  

  • Thoroughly document and report all activities and processes to ensure compliance with the scope of work and activity schedule.

  • Communicate effectively through written communication, reports and online meetings the current status of the project and completion of activities.

  • Utilize our communication and project management tools for effective information sharing and maintain comprehensive documentation related to our operations in Nigeria.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus.

  • Five (5) or more years experience in project management required.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems and their practical applications. Candidate must be tech savvy and unafraid of learning.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.

  • Proficiency in English required.

  • Willingness to travel within Nigeria
