SYSTEMONE TRAINING AND SUPPORT.

We understand the difference between operational data and content, and how to provide the right information to the right people to stimulate the most relevant action. We also understand that the human element is the most important part of the information food chain. To that end we offer training, seminars, and support to all our clients all over the globe.

SUPPORT

Technical maintenance and support is available on-demand through our email and web support: Monitored 8:00AM to 11:00 PM Monday-Friday (GMT+2), excluding national holidays. This includes access to the SystemOne Support Desk & Ticketing system, as well as other mobile support services such as dedicated Skype and WhatsApp support channels.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT

SystemOne, with the help of AI, has introduced 12 new courses (with more in development) to certify local individuals and teams on using Aspect. Each course can be requested in any of 60 different languages.

This kind of learning not only provides knowledge about SystemOne's software, but offers an opportunity to advance technical literacy that can be applied to other products or work opportunities. As Nawazesh Irani, our Director of Customer Experience, says: "When people work in a Learning Management System to improve their proficiency, they are also learning how to learn in a technical environment."

DATA FELLOWS

SystemOne, Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and the Tableau Foundation collaborated on a Data Fellowship Program for TB staff from the National TB programs and Ministries of Health.

Eight participants from five participating countries attended the week-long training session in Johannesburg, using their own country’s diagnostic data to uncover ways to improve healthcare delivery and patient impact.

SystemOne remains poised and ready to reproduce this program in the future.
