Connectivity platform now available in 34 countries and 7 languages
Boston, MA – February 21, 2017 - SystemOne, a connected health company developing data-driven healthcare solutions, recently announced that its multi-device data reporting system, GxAlert®, is now available in seven languages, including newly-released French. GxAlert was originally installed in labs using Cepheid GeneXpert® devices, where real-time diagnostic information, cartridge inventory management and warranty compliance are critical issues. It is now available for numerous lab and point-of-care devices and genetic, blood, and immunoassay tests diagnosing Zika, HIV, TB, Ebola, HCV, and other diseases from most major manufacturers (Abbott, Alere, BD, Roche, etc.).
The French version of GxAlert enables a more user-friendly experience for clinicians, lab workers, Ministries of Health and donors in French-speaking nations, such as Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Haiti, Nigeria, Congo, Senegal, Vietnam, and others.
The new Head of Customer Service for SystemOne, Victor Lubuku, most recently worked at InternationalSOS, a global leader in real-time medical support. Victor hails from the DRC, works in SystemOne’s Johannesburg, South Africa office, and is a native French speaker. “I am excited to join SystemOne and improve the quality of the support and training we offer, particularly to the French-speaking nations of the world,” said Lubuku. “We’re about to launch our webinar series in March 2017, which will include French-language webinars, as it’s extremely important to enable French-speaking countries to take advantage of SystemOne’s proven connectivity platforms.”
SystemOne’s GxAlert has been used by diagnostic laboratories in 34 countries for devices focused on multiple diseases, including Malaria, HIV, TB and Ebola. The software has been deployed at national scale in countries in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. SystemOne’s user-friendly visualizations and dashboards help Ministries of Health and donors manage programmatic implementation of lab and health systems strengthening initiatives. SystemOne’s messaging and alert module is used by national health systems to send over 30,000 SMS and email notifications and emails each month, alerting clinical and administrative staff about disease incidence, device malfunctions or other conditions, while automatically producing reports that used to take hours or weeks for local staff.
